- Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
Please allow your New ZIPPAY purchase to process completely before exiting or clicking off the screen, as this may cause your order to not generate in our system.
Can I return a ZIP PAY purchased item?
Yes. Returns remain subject to the SMAIBULUN returns policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order.
When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a refund for the total value of the item/s returned.
Your agreement with ZIPPAY will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
Please note: We will only be able to process your refund once your return reaches our FC and gets processed. You will still need to make payments to ZIPPAY Pay if you choose to return your item.
How are payments made?
You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you pay the minimum of $40 per month (or whatever is left owing). Your repayments will be automatically debited from your nominated card on the scheduled date. NEW ZIPPAY will send you a reminder when your payment is coming up. You can change your payment schedule within the app however, it will take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect, meaning same day changes won't apply.
