Purchasing Information

These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to prices in our other distributors because we sell our products directly from our factories and fulfillment center internationally.

All Worldwide shipping is available for return and will take up to 2-5 business days to complete, depends on the time our warehouse receive your return items.

Prices are subject to change without notice and SMAIBULUN reserves the right to reject any order and give a full refund. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of making your purchase. SMAIBULUN is not responsible for refunds, exchanges or price matching pertaining to the original purchase price.

Returns Information

At SMAIBULUN we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that doesn’t fit or suit. We offer refunds and exchanges in line with the policy’s below. When you receive your new orders from any SMAIBULUN Brands we recommend you try them on somewhere where they wont get marked or damaged in any way. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event we will let you know via email and return your items to you.

Return & Exchange Period

SMAIBULUN customer service team must be notified within 60 days of you receiving your purchase should you wish to return or exchange any of your items.

Full priced pieces can be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit within 90 days of placing your order. 

Exchanges are offered on original orders only (i.e. you cannot return an exchange order and receive a second exchange order).

Store Credits (Gift cards) have a validity of 3 years (36 months) and cannot be extended.

Exchange will be processed the following business day on arrival of parcel at our warehouse.

P.S - The return postage will be paid by customers and charged by the courier company for returns and exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you’ve changed your mind and are requesting a refund, SMAIBULUN is happy to offer you a store credit refund on your purchase. 


* No changes can be made to your return request once you have posted your return. Any changes MUST be requested with our Customer Care team prior to you shipping your return.

• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our warehouse. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!

• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.

Faulty Goods

On the very rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, SMAIBULUN will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.

*Please allow a 2-3 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement once processed. Unfortunately some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
