Some of our products are our own creations which ship from our local warehouse directly, while others are from our incredible international fulfillment partner which Express Dropship separately. We'll let you know if your bag will come in wave shipments.
In light of COVID-19, international orders may incur unexpected Shipping Delays. At this time, we recommend using Express Shipping to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible if you are in rush for delivery.

Our standard shipping using ePack to ship worldwide and our express shipping deliver using DHL or Fedex WorldWild Express and we are committed to getting your purchase to you as smoothly as possible. We’ll do our best to get your purchase to you within the committed time frame under the shipping method you chose however it could take a little longer though, depending on your address.
We will keep in regular contact with you about the progress of your order, and provide information on tracking your purchase once it has been dispatched. Often it’s easier to get your new purchase delivered to a business address.
If you are having them delivered to your home, there will need to be someone there to sign for them! If you’re not around when your purchase is delivered we’ll leave you a card letting you know we tried. Your items will then be taken to your local post office so you can collect them at your convenience.
Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
1. Going through local customs clearance procedures
2. At the post office sorting center
3. Held up by uncontrollable factors including, such as labor strikes, bad weather, politic issues,etc.
4. Please make sure you collect them within 4-5 business days, after that they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered. Once returned to us we will refund your purchase amount.
