Due to the current global situation, both Domestic and International orders may be delayed due to current travel restrictions, warehouse staffing limits, and order volumes needing to be processed with our shipping partners. At this time we recommend using Express Shipping to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible!

Due to the shortage of protective masks in the market, we're offering them at the lowest cost to help those in need obtain essential items during the outbreak. Also health products and personal care items will be on the top priority in delivery.

Package Safety :

Every package which will be entirely sterilized before it's shipped is absolutely safe. We've enhanced our daily cleaning procedures to ensure the regular sanitization of factory, warehouse, equipment and tools, as well as implementing strict disinfection cleanings for every package.

The World Health Organisation states that viral diseases cannot be transmitted through packages, but we still disinfect them for added safety.

At present, a new mutation COVID-19 which is know as Omicron is ravaging the world again, however the pandemic is still under controlled in Australia and China, and our fulfillment centers in China and Australia will not be affected and run as normal any way.

Due to the new COVID-19 Omicron, shipping on time is really struggle and it always takes more days than normal. If we can't ship your order right now, we will ship it immediately after the restriction ends; this ensures you get your items as fast as possible.
As the new Omicron situation and new restrictions are unpredictable, the shipping time limit for your order may be extended beyond what is displayed on the product page/checkout. Especially recently our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, Australia Post, USPS) noticed that the shipping time will be affected by the new Omicron situation.

We have taken extreme actions to protect our employees and communities that are as important as our customers. We distribute protective masks, alcohol and other sanitation supplies to those who must work in the office. Additionally, we've canceled large events, moved our daily meetings online, ensuring the regular sanitization of high-traffic surfaces like door handles, stairway handrails, elevator buttons, lockers, and touch screens.
